I cannot get this concept across strong enough my friends!!!
Our minds are the 'be all and end all' to everything in your life... What are you thinking now - is it an empowering thought or disempowering thought? If the thought is negative - forgive yourself and then just change the thought to positive...

Really, the fact that we are sitting here in front of a computer and doing what we love doing - really cool stuff !
What I am saying is - Be Grateful for existence !! It is a beautiful thing - life - when you stop and think of the alternative.
My credo is to wake up in the mornings and spend a few minutes really and genuinely feeling gratitude for my life - even if something went wrong the day before and the fact that I still need to follow up on the thing that went wrong - this should not even come close to stopping me from just being grateful for my life and everything in it. Anyway, these 'lessons' only show up because I have temporarily 'forgotten' my truth - just another friendly reminder for me to step into my 'centre' being.
So, in the end - well, really, the beginning as each moment is the beginning of something new - just show gratitude for 'being'. Life will show up in miraculous ways when you do...

Well, knowledge is necessary as we need to constantly increase our learning. Being ignorant is not an empowering way to be.
But knowledge on its own - wth no action or momentum is still only just that - knowledge. Nothing will happen until action is applied to this knowledge.
I absolutely love gaining knowledge, I love reading, but I have to make sure that my actions, my behaviour is a reflection of what I have just learnt - otherwise, the knowledge is sort of just wasted.
So knowledge on its own is not power - it is what we do with the knowledge that is the ultimate power. This is mind-blowing stuff when you think about it. Just test the theory that you are reading - if you love the content that you have just read - put some action behind it and just see what happens. And most of all - enjoy it !

Our circumstances are a direct reflection of our thoughts.... This is a challenging concept for some people, but as soon as you take this on board - your whole world will change dramatically and only for the better.
We send out energy or vibrations with each thought, and this in turn attracts whatever the thought was - so a negative thought will attract a negative response. Likewise, a positive thought will attract a positive response.
Lets think about this from now on....

Did you know that we are taught from a young age that in order to get a certain result, we must first change our results - before anything else? Do you know how illogical that sounds? Did you know that is the same as saying 'Give me heat first... and then I will add the wood'...
I mean when you really think about it.... results are only a REFLECTION of our thoughts, our mindset. Therefore, how will we get different results if we only have to change the results?
Remove the CAUSE first... the beliefs and in this case - disempowering beliefs... and only then will the EFFECT or RESULTS change. This is fundamental to everything in our lives... and yet we are taught the exact opposite - we must have the holiday to make us happy, we must have the relationship to make us happy....
Lets begin to do the opposite to what we have been taught.... Lets check our thoughts and see how much we are actually thinking in a certain way. I will guarrantee you that if you start to think a more 'upbeat' thought - your environment will change accordingly.

I notice that people are rushing around in their lives and forget that the 'real' thing that is keeping them alive and allowing them to rush around in their daily lives is 'breathing'... Did you know that by breathing 'consciously', we are able to access the energies that flow through us better which in turn give us the ability to operate on a 'higher energy' level...
