CAUSE and EFFECT
Did you know that we are taught from a young age that in order to get a certain result, we must first change our results - before anything else? Do you know how illogical that sounds? Did you know that is the same as saying 'Give me heat first... and then I will add the wood'...
I mean when you really think about it.... results are only a REFLECTION of our thoughts, our mindset. Therefore, how will we get different results if we only have to change the results?
Remove the CAUSE first... the beliefs and in this case - disempowering beliefs... and only then will the EFFECT or RESULTS change. This is fundamental to everything in our lives... and yet we are taught the exact opposite - we must have the holiday to make us happy, we must have the relationship to make us happy....
Lets begin to do the opposite to what we have been taught.... Lets check our thoughts and see how much we are actually thinking in a certain way. I will guarrantee you that if you start to think a more 'upbeat' thought - your environment will change accordingly.
