Be Grateful... for Existence
Isn't it fantastic to be alive????
Really, the fact that we are sitting here in front of a computer and doing what we love doing - really cool stuff !
What I am saying is - Be Grateful for existence !! It is a beautiful thing - life - when you stop and think of the alternative.
My credo is to wake up in the mornings and spend a few minutes really and genuinely feeling gratitude for my life - even if something went wrong the day before and the fact that I still need to follow up on the thing that went wrong - this should not even come close to stopping me from just being grateful for my life and everything in it. Anyway, these 'lessons' only show up because I have temporarily 'forgotten' my truth - just another friendly reminder for me to step into my 'centre' being.
So, in the end - well, really, the beginning as each moment is the beginning of something new - just show gratitude for 'being'. Life will show up in miraculous ways when you do...
